Crowdfunding Events

In December 2021, the OPERAS Crowdfunding Initiative was launched. The Initiative is a collaboration between the OPERAS Research Infrastructure and the crowdfunding platform wemakeit.com, and it is through the TRIPLE Project that this collaboration is brought to life. Researchers from Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) disciplines are invited to launch a campaign to finance their project ideas. More information can be found on the OPERAS Channel on the wemakeit platform.

You are intrigued and want to know more about the OPERAS Crowdfunding Channel works? Click here for more info on the process.

Scientific Crowdfunding Workshop 18th November 2022

Are you curious about what crowdfunding can do for you, and for the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH)? Just one hint: it is not just about money.

Join us on Friday, 18th November 2022 at 14:00 CEST for a short introduction workshop. Our science crowdfunding experts will provide you with the tips and tools to understand what crowdfunding is, how it can be applied to science, and how to launch your own campaign to collect financial support from the crowd, but also communicate your research in the most exciting format.
